Mobbed at our frontyard
That’s what it feels like each time DD joins me at the frontyard be it just watching me or helping me water the plants. You see, the kids aged between 6 – 10 in our neighbourhood love to come play with DD and DH whenever they see us at our frontyard. It sounds nice but not so nice when your kid is just 3.5 years old and certainly needs to be watched and supervised when playing with kids twice her age and playing games unsuitable for her like throwing a tennis ball around, cricket, chase and so on.
Gosh, and because every time the kids came over, I couldn’t concentrate what I am doing because then I would have to keep an eye on DD so she does not get hurt playing and running with them. I have no choice but to avoid being seen at the frontyard in the evenings unless it is past 8.30pm when it gets dark and the kids would not be playing out anymore *LOL*
