Taking vitamins now
I have always been lazy to take vitamins. Firstly I hate popping tablets or capsules in my mouth. Somehow I have the talent to gag at the smallest of pill. But as I am ageing *yikes*, and getting less active outdoors, I have no choice but to start popping some womens vitamins as often as I could.
I don’t feel any difference after taking them even for months or years but I sure hope my body system is benefitting from it. Will I keep up with the vitamins? Yes I would.
